TRAUSTON · QUALITY LIFESTYLE APPAREL
Launch list privacy
Last updated October 16, 2026. This notice covers the apparel launch list, customer research and aggregate site measurements operated by Trauston LLC.
Launch updates
We collect your email address, selected product interests, consent wording/version and date, and signup source. We use these records for the development and launch updates you request. No account or payment information is needed. Existing subscriber preferences are not changed by submitting the form again; contact us to update them.
Customer feedback and wear-test interest
Feedback can include product interest, favorite design, solid color, graphic direction, preferred inseam and fit, functional priorities, price range, buying interest, possible starter-product interest, usual clothing sizes and optional comments or design ideas. You can submit the survey without an email. If you provide an email, permission for research contact is required. Wear-test interest also requires an email, contact permission and confirmation that you are 18 or older; city and state are optional. Research participation does not subscribe you to marketing. We use these responses for product development and possible research invitations.
Saved design favorites and ideas
The gallery saves one current favorite, optional buying interest, research price range, starter-product preference and design idea per random browser identifier. The identifier stays in local storage so you can return and update or clear your ballot. Our database stores its hash, not the original identifier. This functional storage is separate from optional site measurement and does not require an email or subscribe you to marketing. Multiple browsers or cleared storage can create repeat participation, so ballots are not verified unique people. Ideas and aggregate results are visible only to the authorized Trauston owner. Please leave private information out of design ideas. Use “Clear my saved ballot & feedback” in the gallery to delete that browser’s stored response, or contact us about research-data deletion.
Site measurements
We count page views, gallery selections, vote and idea-save events, form outcomes, broad device categories and traffic-source categories. We use no advertising analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels. A random identifier held in your browser’s session storage for a 30-minute window distinguishes measured browser-tab sessions. A hash is stored on our server, without your raw address or detailed browsing history. If you sign up within that session after visiting the shorts page, its hash can be associated with your signup to measure confirmed shorts interest. This measures browser sessions, not unique people. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Measurements and session hashes are cleaned up after 90 days on subsequent measurement requests. Signup attribution is removed at the same interval. We retain broad aggregate counts rather than full referrers, URLs, search terms or device fingerprints. Signup conversion uses a same-session signup and a seven-day confirmation window; recent cohorts can still be incomplete. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit form and measurement abuse; raw addresses are not stored in these tables.
Storage and service providers
Records are held in our website’s hosted database. Hosting providers process information to operate the site. We do not sell the launch list or research responses. These forms do not transmit your information to an advertising platform. Our existing Google Workspace email bridge delivers requested confirmation messages. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. No launch campaign is sent by submitting a survey.
Your choices and retention
New signups receive a confirmation email through our existing Google Workspace sender, trenten@trauston.com. You must confirm the address before receiving launch updates. Confirmation links expire after seven days. The same secure preference link lets you unsubscribe without an account. Delivery records include the recipient, delivery status and an access token retained only while delivery is pending; the subscriber record retains a token hash. Future launch updates will identify Trauston and include an unsubscribe option. Request access, correction or removal at contact@trauston.com from your registered email. We may need to verify a request. We retain signup information while needed for your requested updates and review research responses for removal when no longer useful for development. Future store and sale policies will be provided before checkout opens.
